Only events submitted here will be considered for the print versions of the calendar.

Please follow these guidelines for submission:

• This calendar is provided as a service for non-profit, community-related, Capital Region events. Please use it with respect.

• Double check all your info, including spelling, before you submit your event. There is currently no opportunity to modify your listing once submitted.

• Only submit your event ONCE. All listings will automatically appear in all five events calendars, once for the paper you choose and in
  “City-Wide Events” for the rest of papers. Listings entered more than once will be deleted.

• Listings submitted in ALL CAPS, using inappropriate language, or otherwise abusing this service will be deleted.

• All fields must be used. If you get an error, try reducing the number of characters in the time, title and location fields.
