McGrath is the first female Canadian Forces member (and youngest Canadian woman) to climb the Seven Summits – the highest peaks on every continent.

She was in town to speak and share her adventures with fellow Air Force members.

McGrath, who is posted in Ottawa, was recognized earlier this year for a high-altitude rescue that saved the life of a fellow Mt. Everest climber.
